The Eastern Suburbs R.F.C. was established in 1998 and placed third in the 1999
Midwest Territory Rugby Union Division III final, held in Chicago, Illinois.
Eastern Suburbs moved up to compete in Division II during the 1999 autumn season.
The ESRFC continues to compete in Division II rugby with several play-off matches in the spring.
The club consists of two men's sides (45 active members), a women's side, and also supports
several under-19 teams in the Greater Cleveland area.
